Eldes Gate Cloudservice är igång igen!

Vi har fått følgende info fra Eldes:

Hvis ikke det er mulig å logge inn med brukernavn og passord på clouden, så anbefales at man forsøker å spørre etter nytt passord.  Hvis ikke dette fungerer så kan man opprette en ny konto, men da må den gamle konton fjernes fra enheten først, før enheten kan legges til.  Dette kan kun skje ved å sende mail til support@eldesalarms.com

For å være helt sikker at det er rett enhet, så må dere ha IMEI nummer på enheten.  (helst et foto)  Dere kan sende mail over de enhetene problemet gjelder til: support@eldesalarms.com

Dear, ELDES customer,


we were experiencing some issues with our Gate Control Cloud services (web interface, app, widget) this weekend. We would like to remind you, that our services could be managed by SMS or phone calls in case you need it.
 
We are glad to inform, that the services are back:

 
There are some changes or actions needed to proceed:
 

  • The names of devices in each account are changed to devices types. For example ESIM320, ESIM120 etc.  After connecting to your account, Gate administrator can change the names as desired.  
  • To update device data in Gate cloud, Administrator must synchronize all devices by clicking “Synchronize” button in each device section.
  • Some gate.eldesalarms.com accounts might still have an issue to connect using the old credentials. In this case please advise user to use “Lost password” functionality to recover the credentials.
  • In very few cases, when administrator fails to fix the services, it will be necessary to proceed the account and device registration from the beginning.  

If there will be any major issues from customers, please do not hesitate and provide us with feedback.
